Refund Policy
Requests from refund will be processed only after the physical receipt of the items at our warehouses and following product integrity check.

Conditions for refund eligibility
Items for which a refund is requested must be returned:

intact and undamaged;

in the original packaging;
-
sets of original labels and tags;
-
equipped with warranty seal / tamper-evident seal (tamper), where applicable;

free of any signs of use, washing or alteration.
If also only one of the above-mentioned conditions is not met`, the refund ` cannot be authorized.
Refund timeframes and methods
Once the goods have been received and the compliance check has been successfully completed:

the refund will be issued within 5 business days from receipt of the goods;

the amount will be credited to the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase;

the time it takes for the amount to appear depends on the bank or the chosen payment method provider.

The refund will be issued only after the actual return and inspection of the items.

GIAAZ is not responsible for any delays attributable to payment institutions following the issuance of the refund.
