Before proceeding with the return or exchange request, please carefully read and comply with all the instructions below.

Our policy DOES NOT accept returns with the reason: “item purchased by mistake”.
Requests with this reason will be automatically rejected.

General return conditions

You can request a return or exchange for products purchased on giaaz.com only under the following conditions:

⏱ Return time limits

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to proceed with a return or exchange.

📦 Product condition

  • Items must be returned intact and in their original packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that are:

    • missing original tags;

    • without labels;

    • lacking a warranty seal or tamper-evident seal (tamper), if applied;

    • that show signs of use, washing, or tampering.

Failure to comply even with a single one of the conditions listed above will result in the rejection of the request.

MANDATORY actions before clicking the link

Before clicking the return/exchange request link, you must perform the following actions:

  1. 📸 Take one or more clear photos of the item, showing:

    • the overall condition of the product;

    • the presence of tags and labels;

    • any warranty seal (tamper), if present.
      The photos will be requested later during the completion of the online request.

  2. 📝 Download and fill out the return and exchange form, available at the following link:

  3. 📄 The completed form must be inserted inside the return package.

The absence of photos or the form may result in delays or rejection of the request.

Proceed with the Return or Exchange Request

Only after completing all the actions indicated above, will it be possible to proceed with the return or exchange request by clicking the following red button:

 

– RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 no. 185, the Customer (if qualified as a “consumer” pursuant to article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 no. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered Products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the Products. All returns must be intact and accompanied by the original packaging, therefore perfectly resalable; the return procedure must be authorized by MRWIND SRL by issuing a specific return number; shipping costs are borne by the customer.
