Return Policy
We are happy to offer you the option to return products purchased on giaaz.com, provided they meet the following conditions:

Return Terms: Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of the goods. After this period, returns will no longer be possible.

Product Conditions: Products must be returned in their original, sealed and unused packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened or used.

Return Procedure:
- Contact our customer service at info@giaaz.com to receive return instructions.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back to the address provided by our team.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

Refund: Once the return has been received and compliance with the conditions above has been verified, we will process a refund of the amount paid, excluding shipping costs (if applicable), via the payment method used at purchase.
Important Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged or used beyond normal opening to inspect the contents.
– RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, the Customer (if qualifying as a “consumer” pursuant to article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered Products, without any penalty and without specifying a reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the Products. All returns must be intact and accompanied by the original packaging, therefore perfectly resellable; the return procedure must be authorized by MRWIND SRL by issuing a specific return number; shipping costs are borne by the customer.
