    Giaaz is not responsible for shipments once the order has been handed over to the courier.
    We rely exclusively on the information provided by the official tracking of the carrier.
    If the shipment appears as delivered according to the tracking, we will not be able to intervene or issue refunds or replacements, as the courier shows the delivery as properly completed.

    If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, for us the order is considered properly delivered.
    We therefore cannot rely solely on the customer's statement claiming to have received nothing, since the courier's tracking system shows the delivery as completed

     

    For any issues or disputes, we invite you to contact the courier's customer service directly using the tracking number provided by email or SMS.
