Welcome to Giaaz i. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.giaaz.com and the purchase of the products offered. We invite you to read this document carefully before placing any order.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By placing an order on our website, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

3. Products and availability

All products displayed on www.giaaz.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change the assortment, prices, and product features at any time without notice.Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (if available)
  • Klarna (Pay in instalments)

Payment is considered in advance, unless otherwise specified.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made within Italy and, upon request, abroad as well. Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 1–5 working days
  • Abroad: 5–10 working days

Giaaz.com is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, with no obligation to provide a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send written notice by email to info@giaaz.com specifying:


  • Order number
  • Purchaser’s details
  • Product(s) to be returned



Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to Giaaz.com

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, subject to verification of the products’ integrity.

7. Legal warranty

All products are covered by a 24‑month legal warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to the Consumer Code. The customer must report any defect within 15 days of discovery.

8. Privacy and data processing

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including texts, images, logo, and design, is the exclusive property of Giaaz.com and protected by copyright. Reproduction, even in part, is prohibited unless authorised in writing.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

The sales contract between the customer and Giaaz is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

For any dispute, the court of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, if located in Italy. In all other cases, the court of Naples shall have jurisdiction.
