Ship a return or exchange

To correctly process a return or exchange,
please carefully follow the instructions below.
1. Preparing the package
Carefully pack the items in a suitable box.
Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
Print the shipping label attached to the email you received.
Important note
The completed return form must be included inside the package; it is available at the following link: https://urly.it/31dgtp
Including the form allows correct identification of the return and faster handling of the return or exchange request.
To ensure faster processing times, we recommend dropping off the package at a Punto Poste. Alternatively, you can choose one of the following options:
▪ Drop-off at a Punto Poste
You can find the nearest Punto Poste by visiting the following link and selecting the “Punti Poste” filter:

▪ Drop-off at a Post Office
You can go to any post office with the package already prepared and the label applied.
▪ Schedule a home pickup
You can schedule a courier pickup through the Poste Italiane website at the following link:
https://www.poste.it/prenota-ritiri/index.html#!/iniziare
During the procedure, you will be asked to enter the following code:
Waybill code
The LDV code will be included in subsequent emails once the request is completed.
Alternatively, you can contact Poste Italiane by phone to arrange the pickup. If a tracking number is requested, please provide the code indicated above.
