Returns, Replacements and Exchanges

Please note that GIAAZ is not responsible for shipments or for any loss of goods during transit.

The customer is responsible for the return until the parcel is correctly delivered to our warehouses. In the event of a return or exchange, the customer may also use a courier of their choice, assuming full responsibility for the shipment, including any delays, damage, or loss.

 GIAAZ is also not responsible for the courier chosen by the customer, nor for return labels provided directly by the customer. If the customer chooses to use the return label provided by GIAAZ and sent by email, in the event of a refund a cost of €10,00 (diecieuro) corresponding to return shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount.

 We always recommend using tracked shipping and keeping the shipping receipt until the process is completed.

Please note. EXCHANGE or REPLACEMENT is carried out free of charge.

Before clicking the return/exchange request link, it is mandatory to carry out the following steps:

  1. 📸 Take one or more clear photos of the garment, showing:

    • the overall condition of the product;

    • the presence of tags and labels;

    • any warranty seal (tamper), if present.
      The photos will be requested later when completing the online request.

    • The photos will then be uploaded once you click the red button below; please note in the comments the reason and, for an exchange, which size or other available item you would like.

  2. 📝 Download and complete the return and exchange form, available at the following link:

  3. 📄 The completed form must be included inside the return parcel to help facilitate exchange or return notes.

Missing photos or the form may result in delays or rejection of the request.

AUTONOMOUS RETURN PROCEDURE

Customers may process a return independently using their own trusted courier, in full compliance with our return policies. 📌 Essential conditions: The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

Items must be intact, unused, and complete with tags, labels, and seals (tamper) The return must fully comply with what is indicated in the Return Policy GIAAZ

 🚚  In the case of shipping with a courier chosen by the customer, the 10€ will NOT be deducted from the refund The 10€ deduction is only applied if the return label provided by GIAAZ is used.
