Returns, Replacements and Exchanges

Please note that GIAAZ is not responsible for shipments or for any loss of goods during transport.

The customer is responsible for the return until the package is correctly delivered to our warehouses. In the case of a return or exchange, the customer may also proceed via their own trusted carrier, assuming all responsibility related to the shipment, including any delays, damages, or losses.

GIAAZ is also not responsible for the carrier chosen by the customer, nor for return labels provided directly by the customer. If the customer chooses to use the return label provided by GIAAZ sent via email, a cost of €10,00 (ten euro) corresponding to the return expenses will be deducted from the total amount in case of a refund.

We always recommend using tracked shipments and keeping the shipping receipt until the procedure is completed.

Note well. EXCHANGES or REPLACEMENTS are carried out Free of Charge.

AUTONOMOUS RETURN PROCEDURE

Customers can independently carry out the return using their own trusted carrier, in full compliance with our return policies. 📌 Basic conditions: The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Items must be intact, unused and complete with tags, labels and seals (tamper). The return must fully comply with the GIAAZ Return Policy

🚚 If shipping with a carrier chosen by the customer, the €10 will NOT be deducted from the refund. The €10 deduction applies only if the return label provided by GIAAZ is used.
